Hi Wietse,
I'm sure the transport maps will be used, it already happens. But I'd like
to know if there's another way to bounce/reject mail to these domains, like
as in smtpd_sender_restrictions, still using a configurable error message.

Upgrade to Postfix version 2 :-) The SMTP server will use your
"error: blah" transport map entries to reject mail.
