relay for my users

Hi,
I,m trying to set up postfix to work properly for about a month.
After many problems finally managed to fix everything exept one:
the users that have accounts on the mail server can't relay mail trought it.
according to the documentation this is what the mail server relays mail to:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
By default, the Postfix SMTP server relays mail:
a.. from trusted clients whose IP address matches $mynetworks,
b.. from untrusted clients to destinations that match $relay_domains or a
subdomain thereof, except for addresses that contain sender-specified
routing (user
elsewhere
domain).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
Thus that mean that I have to put every client's IP address in mynetworks?
And if so how for example shoud I manage clients using dial-up connection
which has not real IP address or which IP address changes everytime the user
logs to the internet?
Is there a way to say the mail server to relay mail for all clients that are
using the domain name in their e-mail address. For example if my accounts
are users
domain.ltd to say the server to relay mail for all clients that
have accounts ending to domain.ltd. I thought that the 'relay_domains'
parameter does something like this, but I,ve putted my domain name in the
'relay_domains' but there's no effect.
May be I,m wrong somewhere else.
I'm attaching my main.cf file.
Any help would be appriciated.
Thanks
