How does cleanup get its lookup data? smtpd asks LDAP (if LDAP is defined
as lookup method for a table) and cleanup also uses the result passed
somehow? When using hash-tables I have been able to solve the double
lookup-problem with my second cleanup and "-o cleanup_service_name=....."
for smtpd.
This seems to break with LDAP.
