Virtual alias rewriting is performed exclusively in cleanup. Validation
(not rewriting) of recipients based on virtual_alias_domains and
virtual_alias_maps takes place in smtpd with help from trivial-rewrite.
The details of this part of the Postfix design having changed before might
change again.
