IIRC your question there looked like you wanted the spam report
attached, which you can't do.
But you can get the headers every time, which include the total score
and the rules tripped, just not the breakdown of score per rule.

The most recent amavisd-new has three levels you can
define for: adding info headers only, mark as spam but pass, and mark as
spam + evasive action. See comments in the amavisd.conf file.

May have been a patch on the amavis list couple weeks ago to
get the score per rule added to the header if you need that.
