Yes, the tag2 value changes the subject and adds the "X-Spam-Status: Yes"
header.
No, not for $mydestination, you must configure the domains considered local
in amavisd.conf, it doesn't get that information from postfix.

amavisd-new uses some of the values in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf,
check the amavisd-new docs for complete info on this.
