Indeed it is... but that also matches for dns, mua and html-sites. Folks
these days start to even don't know about to know that there are RFCs
aroung.
BUT, on the other hand - I consider RFCs as Guides not as a RuleSet -
therefore I grant everyone an RFC compliant system (best to my humble
knowledge) as long as he follows the same Guides and doesn't try to make
fun out of me (sending me spam, or ip packages with source 127.0.0.1)
