i ran into a problem with permit_mx_backup

the MX record for a foreign recipient domain was set to 127.0.0.1 on their DNS
server, so postfix was accepting and relaying mail to them.
would reject_unauth_destination preceding permit_mx_backup prevent such
"abuse"?
since we do currently not really need the mx_backup functionality, i disabled
it.
