That is totally incorrect. Some years ago, I was a VP of a consultant to
DWR (I'm not sure which side you came from) working with Jack Kemp on
new rr training.

One of our other clients was a prominent manufacturer of prosthetic
devices (notably hips and knees). We were hired to write the physician
training docs. None of us are/were physicians or had the technical
background. There is a reason that they did NOT want those folks doing
this.

I could assemble the Postfix docs as a project manager with the
proverbial hand tied behind my back. It simply requires an organized
approach, some volunteers, attention to detail and a predetermined
plan. If I thought that I could squeeze it in before labor day . . .
Well let me think about it.
