1.1.x does not, will not, support DISCARD (or HOLD or FILTER either).
I don't think there is a simple way to discard these with postfix 1.1.

you have to upgrade to 2.0.x for these features.

These will be rejected by your mailer, the sender will attempt to
bounce it to adminyourdomain, and you will reject it a second time.

The sending mailer will then do whatever it's configured to do with
undeliverable bounces. Postfix will send such mail to the
$2bounce_notice_recipient, default postmaster.

So at least you won't be sending bounces all over the internet...
