The RELEASE NOTES describe new features and incompatible changes.
2.0.14 has no new features and no incompatible changes.

The changes are in the HISTORY file.

Postfix 2.0.14 will be announced soon.

You're mistaken. NO NEW FEATURES are added to the official release.
