Hi,
can I use other database of users for my "mail, pop3s & web server"
than standard linux passwd ???
reason is: I DONT WANT REAL USERS in my system, only users for some
services
also I have some domain for my mail server e.g.: domain1, domain2,...
and I have some users, e.g.: user1, user2, user3....
HOW CAN I restric some users for some domains:
so I want user1
domain1
user2
domain1
user3
domain2...
but I dont want e.g. user3
domain1
is there any easy way to do it (but I have some 500 users & 20 domains -
so lots of rules)
also i need different mailboxes locations for different users
i mean some logical structure like
/home/domain1/user1
/home/domain1/user2
/home/domain2/user3
...
any idea??
PS: I have some idea to use LDAP, but I never use it before this
problem. is there any suitable howto for "postfix with ldap" ??
THANKS
