I lowered MTU on Postfix Box to 1450...
Still timing out on the body..
Have you a suggestion of what the MTU should be set at??
< I always thought even 1500 was very low, like filling a 18 wheeler using
items no larger than a sugar cube >

This smells like a classic MTU problem. Try to decrease MTU size on your
outgoing network interface.
