Is this AND logic possible?

I've been doing some very effective restrictions, thanks to Jim Seymore's
examples.

But I can't find a class setup that implements this logic:

For the class of all MTAs, #how to express that in a class definition?

if PTR known, permit,

else reject_unknown_hostname, permit.

Doable? how?
