Reachable by you, or reachable by the one trying to contact it?

If there's no connection between ${remote} and ${primaryMX}, it
is OK for ${remote} to contact ${backupMX}. If _you_ can contact
${primaryMX} this doesn't mean ${remote} can do so as well.
