I have install the MailScanner on Redhat 9.0

I have run the Update-MakeMaker.sh .
.....
Writing
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/ExtUtils/MakeMaker/.packli
st
Appending installation info to
/usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/perllocal.pod
......

When i try to runthe install.sh but it say :

You need to install the patch command from your Linux distribution.
Once you have done that, please try running this script again.

Where i download the patch. ?
