acttheatre.org is listed in mydestination. bob is not listed in the local
passwd database or the local alias maps.
If this is not a local domain, don't list it in mydestination.
If this domain is relayed to another server (in your network or elsewhere)
for final delivery, it should be listed in relay_domains. You can control
valid users for relay_domains with relay_recipient_maps, the default is to
accept any user. See ADDRESS_CLASS_README
