If possible include an actual "To:" or "Cc:" header in the message with
some recipients. Otherwise:
$ postconf undisclosed_recipients_header
undisclosed_recipients_header = To: undisclosed-recipients:;
Change it to:
undisclosed_recipients_header = To: Undisclosed Recipients <>
OR
undisclosed_recipients_header = To: Undisclosed Recipients <noreplydomain.tld>
Test which is more acceptable to your correspondents and is least often
rejected as spam.
