There may be an option to tell OpenExchange to send messages with
an unknown recipient to another SMTP server for it to deal with. Since I
am not well versed with OpenExchange, you will need to consult with the
documentation for that product.
There is danger here; if one of the MTA's becomes mis-configured,
you may encounter mail loops. The end result is that your OpenExchange
server may spontaneously burst into flames killing everyone in the room.
Seriously. ;-) Just something to be aware of.
