Yes, set silly_random_mail_delay to zero.
Seriously, there is now way for us to answer your question with just
the single log entry above. Show us the logs for the whole transaction
("grep C88285F6 /path/to/log") and your configuration. Is your system
heavily loaded? Does the receiving MTA accept mail immediately? Do all
mail experience these delays? Is a 90 second delay unacceptable?
