First of all: Make *sure* postfix and/or amavis is relaying spam
from outside your network.

For instance, a webmail / form / whatever may also be sending
from 127.0.0.1

Next: Make *sure* your exchange isn't sending messages out again.

For instance "usersomewhere.tld"yourdomain.tld could be sent out
again.

While doing this, keep a close eye on this group and wait for
others to respond.
