Actually it uses:
- mydestination + [inet_interfaces] + [proxy_interfaces]
- virtual_alias_domains
- virtual_mailbox_domains
- relay_domains

Recipient validation is separate from relay control.

The relay_recipient_maps table has a different key syntax. Best to not mix
the two, but it will typically work.
