The directions also say that "virtual_alias_domains (default:

If what your saying is right, why does it work from an email sent from the
local machine, but not a remote account.

Fine, so now I have this in my virtual alis file...
support
xyz.com user1
# Uncomment entry below to implement a catch-all address
xyz.com user1
If I send email to support
xyz it works, but if I send email to
supportTest
xyz.com it still fails.
