[Rien à voir avec MySQL ! Il s'agit d'un problème de selection du transport]

MySQL is not the problem ! It's a transport selection problem

I know but example in VIRTUAL_README is very explicite. May be a parameter
to set in main.cf ?

[Relis bien l'exemple !]

NOT AT ALL ! Here is a paste of
http://www.porcupine.org/postfix-mirror/newdoc/VIRTUAL_README.html#autoreplies

/etc/postfix/main.cf:
     virtual_alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/virtual

/etc/postfix/virtual:
     userdomain.tld userdomain.tld, userdomain.tldautoreply.mydomain.tld

>ie the domain.tld part is not repeated on the second email address...

No see above
