We a slowly moving to an exchange based messaging system, but we are
keeping postfix on the perimiter.
As the current postfix system is fairly aging and on an old box we are
moving to a new setup from
scratch.
Considering this switchover wont happen instantaneously, we need our new
postfix to check to see if the
user exists on the exchange box before it routes it to the original
postfix box.
I've been looking a tranport maps and the such, but they dont seem to do
the functionality that we need.
as it seems more of a route map than something that checks existence of
mailboxes before
trying another host.
[root
mx0 postfix]# postconf mail_version
mail_version = 2.0.19
