Is that amavisd-new?

I wanted to keep as much of my configuration within Postfix, so I use
per-user transports in Postfix to decide which email to give to Amavisd-new.
You might have different needs, and so another way would be to leave Postfix
handing everything to Amavisd-new, then use access-lists within amavisd-new
to skip the virus checks for certain domains/recipients.
