It would help if you could log one set of verbose proxymap
logging.
In master.cf, add a -v option at the end of the proxymap line,
execute "postfix reload" and stand back :-)
then attach the logging (instead of using cut and paste which
breaks long lines and complicates analysis).
What Postfix version is this? (Command: postconf mail_version).
