Will it matter if the IP is not permanent and the IP/MX of today isn't
correct tomorrow or even an hour from now?

I see some attempts on my server where all the HELO/HEADER/FROM/RCPT To
stuff is the same just different remote connection IPs -- too weird to
be a coincidence.
