redirecting out and incoming messages from a certain e-mail address

hi
 
i need to add an option to a postfix mailserver that there is a possibility
to copy mails that are sent to or from a certain email address to a
supervisor account. i'm shure this can be done, but i could not find any
document.
 
can somebody please point me to the right docs or explain how this is done.
