As part of an ongoing process of improvement, existing code in
Postfix is being replaced over time.

As part of this process the SQL modules were replaced in the
snapshots leading to Postfix 2.1, which also fixed this bug.

Updated modules will not be back-ported to Postfix 2.0. That would
take away resources that are needed to move forward to Postfix 2.2.

For the same reason, the stream of patches for Postfix 2.0 will
end some time after Postfix 2.1 becomes available.
