Where? People are unlikely to look for this type of information in
the syntax oriented header_checks(5) page.
There needs to be a more process oriented document that explains
why one would use header/body_checks and how they (do not) fit into
the Postfix architecture.
Other documentation that's needed: ldap/mysql/pgsql_table(5);
here we have the opposite problem. There is some plain text but no
concise reference manual.
