This looks great. But I rater think I'm (and you are) trying to reinvent
the wheel. I was just wondering if there were a site somewhere where
known dialup IP ranges was listed in a form that could easily be
imported into header_checks. But I see now that I'd end up with
thousands of the things and a huge great filter file which would make
things worse than they are at the moment.
I'd never use this kind of approach on a production rig, I'm only
testing things on this small test rig and that's good enough to help
teach me Postfix techniques. I think I'll leave things as they are; on
small-medium capacity productions rigs amavisd-new and SpamAssassin work
fine for me.
Thanks a lot for the input, Bill - really appreciate it.
Best,
