From header having domain and mail server appended to email address

I'm having an issue that only seems to occur on the 8859-1 and 8859-2
character sets.

From my client (Lotus Notes 6.5.1) I see the following as the From:
=?iso-8859-2?Q?V=E1mos_Bal=E1zs_ <bsomavfreemail=2Ehu.aep.com>;
mail2.aep.com

the email address is bsomavfreemail.hu, but it appears to be added
.aep.com and then mail2.aep.com to the header.
