That is a bad idea. Well it is if you have people using Outlook.
You generate a email to all
domain.com, and then someone who is on that list
gets a virus. Then the virus sends itself to all
domain.com....
Yipppeeee!! Now the entire company has been sent the virus.
Any ideas on how to restrict the email address to cache the actual email
until someone approves it and lets it send out?
I think the only proper way to accomplish this is to use email list software
such as mailman, or maybe one of the others?
Anyone have any ideas on how to easily do this without having to use one of
the list managers??

Of course. Generate a list with all recipients and put it in an alias.
