Do you have postfix 1.1? The syntax above suggests you do. Postfix
2.x supports a more flexible rbl syntax. See:

The wirehub dnsbl's have been inactive for quite some time, so that
doesn't do you any good.
I'm not familiar with the arix.com lists.
Some widely used lists that you aren't using are sbl.spamhaus.org and
cbl.abuseat.org; you might check their web sites to see if their listing
policies are compatible with your goals.

On the spamassassin side, there are custom rules you can add to
improve scoring. Some popular rulesets can be found at:
