No idea what you did because the TLS patch for postfix 2.1 applies
cleanly to postfix 2.1.0. There are no rejects to fix up.
Anyhow, the postfix 2.1.0 freebsd port has been submitted and should be
committed any time now.
Anyone curious can go see PR 66215 in the FreeBSD bug report database.
