IMAP is a different protocol than SMTP. SMTP with SSL (typically TLS,
actually) can be run on any port. Typically it is just 25... or perhaps
587 for submission/SASL logins.

but IMAP anyhow is:

IMAP-TLS : typically port 143 (same as regular IMAP)
IMAP-SSL : typically port 993

Outlook will use TLS on port 25 if you check the "this server requires a
SSL connection" option and have a STARTTLS-capable smtpd.
