Apparently there is a package with TLS already installed on it:
postfix-tls - TLS and SASL support for Postfix
 This package adds support for TLS (see RFC 2487) and SASL (see RFC 2554) to
 Postfix.

So that is cool..I will just apt-get install it.

Does it require any type of setup within my postfix config files to enable
it?

It requires a patch.

This patch is targetted to be integrated for Postfix 2.2, but that
is a ways away; I would not wait on it for a current project. The
patch is well-maintained, so applying it oneself involves minimal hassle.
