modifying headers in Postfix 2.0?

From: Ben Rosengart (br+postfixpanix.com)

Panix has customers who get connectivity through other providers,
but send mail through our SMTP servers (after authenticating, of
course).

Postfix adds a Received header which mentions their IP address --
as it should, of course.

SpamAssassin often notices that that IP address is on a DUL. It
then scores up the message as direct-to-MX spam, even though it is
obviously *not* direct-to-MX.

The right thing here would be to fix SpamAssassin, but I am being
asked instead to pacify it by renaming that first Received header
to X-Panix-Received or something similar.

Is this possible within Postfix? Or am I limited to dropping the
header?
