Make sure that 'mynetwork_style" has been set corretly in
/etc/postfix/main.cf.

There is more information about these setting under the section (in main.cf)
called TRUST AND RELAY CONTROL

Below are mine on a box that should have nobody from "adjacent" networks doing
this outbound business.

#mynetworks_style = class
#mynetworks_style = subnet
mynetworks_style = host
