RE: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

From: Anders Norrbring (andersnorrbring.biz)

I have the following DNS setup:

Mail Servers:
Domain Server Rank
the-server.net mail.the-server.net 0
the-server.net iris.the-server.net 5

My Postfix server's name is IRIS and Postfix itself contains:
myhostname = mail.the-server.net
#smtpd_banner = $myhostname ESMTP $mail_name ($mail_version)

Still I just got this reply from a receipient's mail server:

Subject: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

This is the Postfix program at host mail.the-server.net.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to <postmaster>

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

                        The Postfix program

<XXXXXkarmagroup.us>: host mail.karmagroup.us[67.120.158.73] said: 554
Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [81.216.17.135] (in
    reply to RCPT TO command)

What's the problem here? Is it my DNS entries or is it the set up in the
other end?

Anders.
