CIDR Support in 2.1.1

From: Aaron Roberts (aarondomicilium.com)

Hi all,
I am using postfix 2.1.1, but I can't seem to use CIDR lookup tables.

#postconf -m
static
cidr
nis
regexp
environ
proxy
btree
unix
hash

#postmap cidr:/etc/postfix/mynetworks.src
postmap: fatal: unsupported map type: cidr

Here is the series of commands I used to build Postfix from source:

#CC="gcc -funroll-loops -march=i686 -mcpu=i686" \
#OPT="-O3" \
#CCARGS="-DUSE_SASL_AUTH -I/usr/include/sasl" \
#AUXLIBS="-L/usr/lib -lsasl2" \
#make -f Makefile.init makefiles

#make

I have looked through the documentation, but I can't see any indication that
I need to do anything further. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,
        Aaron
