Delivery report for some addresses?

Hi,
My postfix server relays mails for five domains and caters for about 12000
users. Manier times users complain that they have sent a mail but the
recepient never received it. And then I have to go back to logs and check
weather it was delivered or not.
Is it possible for postfix to aumotically get delivery reports for mails
sent from specific users or domain?? Or I need to add something to my
email client software?
