Seems like a silly thing to switch pop/imap servers over.
I use Courier and it's great. My only complaint is that you can't reload
the configuration file without killing all IMAP connections.
Dove is an IMAP server that lots of people seem to like. I'm not sure if
it looks after pop3 though.
Other than that I'm not aware of any other Maildir IMAP options,
although I've never had a reason to look.
