The rules in the check_client_access for smtpd_client_restrictions seem to be ignored when the MX record contains numerical data or the PTR is not verifiable.

Please setup a consistent configuration with a properly postmapped ".db"
file and main.cf using "hash:" or a properly built ".cdb" file and main.cf
using "cdb:". Then examine verbose output from sessions logged via
"debug_peer_list = 200.0.0.0/8". This will show whether the "200" lookup
is made or not (and why) and if made whether it returns the expected
results.
