Are you trying to run messages from two machines through the same
content filter, or just run a content filter on one machine and the
MTA on the other machine?
If the latter, just specify the address and port in your
content_filter directive, and make sure you're accepting the incoming
message back from the content filter for reinjection.
Oh, and...

B) Please set your line wrapping to less than 80 characters. 78 is usual.
