Recipient_address_verification on a per-domain basis?

We'd love to use recipient_address_verification for the 400 or so domains
that we relay email for, but unfortunately at least 2/3rds of our customers
are using Exchange.

Is there any way to implement recipient_address_verification on a per-domain
basis? It sure would be great for the customers who can support it.

And has anyone created any sort of toolset to monitor and manage the address
verification database?
