The AUTH=<> is embedded as an ESMTP option in the "MAIL FROM:" command and
there is at this time no code or reason to suppress it. Indeed if at some
point XFORWARD is extended to propagate SASL identity through the proxy,
the AUTH=<> could be logged as evidence to distinguish between
authentication of initial submission and authentication of SMTP relays.
Please stop the pointless questions. Amavis is content filter, not a
transparent proxy! DON'T USE amavis-new AS A PRE-QUEUE PROXY!
