+badh appended to usernames

I've just moved from Exim to Postfix, and I'm VERY happy about the results.
I have noticed something strange though, very rarely some messages fail
to be delivered to Cyrus IMAP due to '+badh' being appended to the end
of the username.
My setup is like this
Postfix (2.1.3) -> DSPAM (v3) -> Cyrus IMAP (2.2.6)
The logs show that the +badh is added somewhere inside of Postfix as
that is how DSPAM sees the user who happily checks the email but then
gets an error (Mailbox does not exist) when calling Cyrus' deliver program.
Sorry if the is a 'stupid question' but I just haven't been able to find
the answer.
Thanks,
-allen
