"Advanced content filter example" question

I've got basic spamassassin integration working based on
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/IntegratedSpamdInPostfix but I was
considering implementing the method in the "Advanced content filter example".
Maybe the method at wiki.apache.org is good enough for my purposes (mail
server for home) and I should leave things alone. All I want to do is tag the
possible baddies mail as spam and then have a SIEVE filter which puts tagged
messages into a "spam" folder.
Software is postfix 2.1.x, cyrus-imapd, on gentoo linux. Also using
squirrelmail. I might like to someday allow end-user configuration of
spamassassin using one of the available squirrelmail plugins but that is just
a "nice to have".
I've put the "scaffolding" in place for the Advanced example ... the necessary
master.cf entries. What I am not sure of is what goes in the argv= part for
the localhost:10025 line. Can I just put the path to spamc there? Or should I
have a shell script there which calls spamc? Would the sample script in the
Simple content filter example be appropriate?
